What this system can and cannot do
Every fire-detection product has limits. Here are ours, stated plainly, so you know exactly what you are getting.
It needs to see the fire
The AI detects visible signs of fire and smoke in the camera frame. A fire behind a closed door or outside the camera view cannot be detected.
Camera position matters
A badly angled camera, very low resolution or heavy glare reduces detection quality. This is why we assess your cameras first.
Conditions affect performance
Darkness without IR, heavy rain, fog and dense dust change what the camera sees. The assessment covers your actual conditions.
It complements fire alarms
This is an early-warning layer on top of your CCTV. It does not replace certified fire alarm and suppression systems.

Does it work with my existing CCTV?
In most cases, yes. The system works with both IP and analog cameras by analysing your existing video feeds. Our free assessment checks your exact camera models and setup before anything is committed.
Do I need to replace my cameras?
No. The whole point is to use the cameras you already have. A camera is only recommended for replacement if the assessment finds it genuinely unsuitable, for example a very low resolution camera covering a large area.
Does it work with my DVR, NVR or VMS?
Most DVR, NVR and video management platforms are compatible. Tell us your brand and model in the assessment form and we will confirm for your specific setup.
How are alerts delivered?
Alerts go straight to your security or control-room team through the configured alert mechanism, typically an on-screen alert and notification on the monitoring system. Your team then verifies the event on live video.
Does it work at night?
It depends on your cameras. Cameras with IR or adequate lighting continue to be analysed at night. The assessment covers your night-time coverage so you know exactly what to expect.
How accurate is detection?
Detection quality depends on real factors: camera angle, resolution, lighting, and how visible the smoke or flame is in the frame. We will not quote a fixed percentage, because honest deployment means testing against your actual site conditions during the assessment and site survey.
How is deployment done?
In four stages: free readiness assessment, technical discussion, site survey with a live demo on your footage, and then deployment and integration with your monitoring setup.
How much does it cost?
The readiness assessment is completely free. Deployment pricing depends on your camera count, site layout and integration needs. After the site survey you receive a written quote. There is no obligation at any stage before that.
